Tensor Lab is a nonprofit research organization dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence through open research, education, and public knowledge sharing. Founded in 2026 as a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation in the State of Georgia, we conduct and support research in artificial intelligence and related fields with the goal of benefiting society at large.

We believe that the transformative potential of artificial intelligence should be guided by rigorous scientific inquiry and made accessible to everyone. Our work spans three core areas:

Research – We conduct and support original research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related computational sciences. Our research agenda prioritizes questions with broad societal relevance and seeks to push the boundaries of what is possible in the field.

Education – We develop and deliver educational programs that make AI concepts and techniques accessible to a wide audience. From foundational material to advanced topics, we aim to build a more informed public and a stronger pipeline of future researchers.

Public Knowledge – We are committed to sharing our findings, tools, and insights openly. By advancing public understanding of AI, we help communities, policymakers, and practitioners make better-informed decisions about the role of this technology in society.
